Heart rate refers to the number of heartbeats per minute in the quiet state of normal people, also known as the quiet heart rate, which is generally 60 to 100 times per minute. It can be different depending on age, gender, or other physiological factors. In general, the younger the age, the higher the heart rate, older people's heart rate is slower than young people, and women's heart rate is faster than men of the same age, these are normal physiological phenomena. In the quiet state, the normal heart rate of adults is 60 ~ 100 times/min, and the ideal heart rate is 55 ~ 70 times/min (the heart rate of athletes is slower than that of ordinary adults, generally about 50 times/min).
Resting heart rate range:
The resting heart rate is divided into three ranges: slow, normal, and fast.
The following is the normal resting heart rate range:
Children (1 to 2 years old): 80 to 130 times per minute
Children (3 to 4 years old): 80 to 120 times per minute
Children (5 to 6 years old): 75 to 115 times per minute
Children (7 to 9 years old): 70 to 110 times per minute
Children (10 to 15 years old): 70 to 100 times per minute
People over 15 years old: 60 to 100 times per minute
Exercise heart rate range:
Warm-up: less than 60% of the maximum heart rate
Target training: 60%~79% of the maximum heart rate
High intensity: 80%~89% of the maximum heart rate
Extreme: greater than or equal to 90% of the maximum heart rate
(During exercise, you can check your training intensity through the target heart rate.)
